Target Rent a Car working hours are: Monday thru saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. CLOSE on sundays.
Ponce Airport (PSE) pick up and drop off available for free from monday thru saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
The renter must be 25 years of age or older.
Renters between the ages of 21 and 24 are subject to a $12.00 daily surcharge.
Target will process a Security Deposit hold on your credit card at the time of rental for the total amount of $250.00.
Are there any additional charges besides the rental rate? Yes. By law, the car rental company must charge a License Recovery fee ($2.50 per day), Facility Recovery fee ($2.50 per day), Energy Recovery fee ($1.75 per day), State and Local Taxes (11.5%). These charges are required and must be paid at the store at the moment of pick-up.
Important: Please make sure you check the car’s rental terms as well at the pick up.

The price you see includes just the car rental, airport pick-up and airport drop-off and extras if applicable. If the car is stolen or has been involved in an accident, first call the local police or appropriate law enforcement agency. Next, call your host where the car was rented and explain what has happened. You’ll be led through the procedure to get you going again.
