What do I need to rent my vehicles on CarRentals787?

First, be a Car rental company in Puerto Rico. We only allow businesses to participate that demonstrate strong customer service values and align with the high standards we expect of all our partners. To become a partner you'll need to provide the following information: Name of your company or DBA, photos of your cars and proof of commercial rental insurance policy.

Will ARO provide my guests with insurance, customer support, or roadside assistance?

No. As a Partner, you must provide your guests with commercial rental insurance, and they'll reach out to you for support and roadside assistance.

Let's talk about money, how does it work?

We charge a 10-15% commission to the car rental company for each booking you make through us. When a user is going to book a car, he/she has to pay that 10-15% to us at the moment in order to make the booking. Therefore, when the customer goes to pick up the car, he/she will have already paid 10-15% of the total amount of the reservation. You charge the rest (your part) at the moment of picking up the car.

Will my day-to-day operations change at all?

No. Partners have the freedom to operate their business as usual. Claims, late returns, and any fees and fines are left up to your discretion, but we require that you disclose all of your terms on your listing.
